on the Go is a non-competitive fitness company made up of a walking/running group, and an array of classes taught by certified personal trainers.
EVERYONE IS WELCOME AT GOTG!
We walk and run in Kingston, Plymouth and Pembroke and we also participate in local road racess for charities and non profits in the commuity. We teach classes at the Pembroke Police Boys Club - 140 Center Street, Pembroke and at Bayside Runner, Exit 5 - Rockland Trust Plaza Plymouth.

30+ GOTG Men’s Hoops Program –
We have 18 men that play hoops at the Kingston Sports Center at 9pm on Thursday nights. Pre registration is required. Current session starts January 17-March 7th. Program costs $75 and includes a GOTG loot bag. Next session March 21st-May 9th.

HIGH FIVE GROUP
An array of classes that all take place at the PPBC at 5am .
Muscle up! with Kathleen - a moderate strength training class that will help strengthen and provide lean muscle mass. A great class to accompany an already cardio regiment.
Scorch with Kelly - A high impact cardio kickboxing class for all levels (age 12 and up). This class is for all levels and burn up to 400 calories in one session. Kelly also offers this class on Saturday mornings at 8am.
Cardio BLAST! with Erin - a HIGH impact Cardio workout that will uses your own body as resistance. Join us and burn up those calories and have fun too. We modify any movement to fit the participant. Everyone is welcome!
Muscle Memory by Tammy (check calendar days vary) - Work out with Tammy in this moderate muscle conditioning class using unique equipment such as 5 gallon pellets in a "station" format.
SCORCH with Kelly - a HIGH impact cardio kickboxing class that can burn up to 500 calories in 60 minutes. Join Kelly and enjoy the BURN of SCORCH! Everyone over the age of 12 is welcome to this amazing and popular class.
Men's Speed and Agility Class - Cardio Blast!
A moderate Speed and Agility Class to help you get faster on the court and prevent injury. Join us for a class that will burn 500 calories in 60 minutes and will also show you appropriate way to stretch that will help with sore knees and plantar issues.
Ladies Boxing 101 - POW! - Power of Women
A class that will introduce students to the basics of boxing. Students learn the proper stance, punching technique, and correct footwork. Individuals will learn how to bob, weave, and slip punches. Boxing is a great form of self-defense that involves almost every muscle in the body. Students should bring 14 or 16 ounce gloves, and handwraps. We will provide mats and a jump ropes. Instructor: Bernie McNulty has a degree in Physical Education and a masters degree in Psychology. He is certified in NLP and Hypnosis.
Bernie was a boxing instructor at the Pembroke Boys Club for fifteen years.

TABATA BY MARGO Join one of the most popular certified instructors with an amazing and popular high impact cardio and weight bearing class. Margo does both Tabata and IRON Tabata to balance out the body your overall workout needs. Increase your VO2 MAX index with this class and have a BLAST!
